Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days once payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified if there is any significant delay.


2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Standard delivery usually takes 6–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control — such as carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment, as this depends on the carrier’s system.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local import authorities.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order.

We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if required.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the packaging and product.


7. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. Availability may vary based on your location.

Please note that international deliveries may take longer due to customs procedures and import processing times.
