2. Eligible Returns

3. Proof Required (Photos & Videos)

To process your claim smoothly:

  • You must share clear photos and videos showing the issue.

  • For safety reasons, please record a video while opening the package (unboxing video).

    Note: Without an unboxing video, refund or replacement may not be approved.


4. Return Process

  1. Submit your refund or replacement request via theramates32@gmail.com Return the product in its original packaging.

  2. After verifying the issue, we will proceed with your refund or replacement.


5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank, or card).
Processing time is usually 5–7 working days after approval.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at theramate32@gmail.com with photos or video.
We will provide a replacement, repair, refund or price adjustment as required by law, at no cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective:
